Refund Policy.

At Gabone Home Health, we strive to provide exceptional in-home healthcare services with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process as clear and fair as possible.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been rendered (i.e., once a visit or consultation has occurred). However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or appointment credit will be issued.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: You may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows: No refund will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A service was paid for but not delivered (due to our error or cancellation)

  • You canceled an appointment with proper notice (24+ hours)

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

To request a refund, please contact our administrative team with your full name, appointment date, and the reason for your request.

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services already provided

  • Late cancellation and no-show fees

  • Administrative or travel fees (if disclosed at time of booking)
